Whether the Court sits in person in the above cities during these periods will depend, among other things, on public health recommendations and the number of cases ready to be heard in person in those cities on those days.

In accordance with the Notice to the Parties and the Profession of June 14, 2022, hearings in person are once again the default option, so long as the public health situation remains as it is currently. The Court will hold virtual hearings where circumstances require or where a request is made by the parties.
