Under the direction of the Chief Justice, the Judicial Administrator will give advance notice of the proposed sittings of the Court of Appeal in cities other than Ottawa.

The Bar is requested to take account of such proposed sittings when making applications for hearings.

It is proposed that the Court of Appeal sit in the following cities at the following times:

Vancouver

• February 4 to 7, 2013
• March 18 to 21, 2013

Edmonton and / or Calgary

• March 4 to 7, 2013

Winnipeg

• February 4 to 7, 2013

Toronto

• January 14 to 17, 2013
• January 28 to 31, 2013
• February 25 to 28, 2013
• March 11 to 14, 2013

Montreal

• January 14 to 17, 2013
• February 18 to 21, 2013

Halifax and / or Fredericton

• March 18 to 21, 2013

Whether or not the Court will sit during these periods depends upon the number and nature of the cases that are ready for that period.
