Under the direction of the Chief Justice, the Judicial Administrator will give advance notice of the proposed sittings of the Court of Appeal in cities other than Ottawa.

The Bar is requested to take account of such proposed sittings when making applications for hearings.

It is proposed that the Court of Appeal sit in the following cities at the following times:

Vancouver:

• May 13 to 16, 2013
• June 3 to 6, 2013

Calgary / Edmonton:

• April 22 to 25, 2013
• June 10 to 13, 2013

Toronto:

• April 8 to 11, 2013
• April 15 to 18, 2013
• May 6 to 9, 2013
• May 21 to 23, 2013
• June 10 to 13, 2013

Montréal:

• April 8 to 11, 2013
• May 6 to 9, 2013
• May 27 to 30, 2013

Fredericton and/or Halifax:

• June 24 and 25, 2013

St. John's:

• June 26 and 27, 2013

Whether or not the Court will sit during these periods depends upon the number and nature of the cases that are ready for that period.
