RE:           Notice to the Profession

The profession is reminded of the practice directions regarding books of authorities (Circular No. 1/2000 and Circular No. 1/2001). Rule 348 requires that the parties file their book of statutes, regulations and authorities at least 30 days before the hearing date. The parties should highlight the passages they rely on.

The attention of the profession is also drawn to the Practice Direction dated July 25, 2007 concerning the table of contents in application records and appeal books.
