FROM: Robert Biljan RE: Addressing the Judges in Court Herewith is a copy of a Notice to Parties and the Profession issued by Chief Justice Richard on October 13, 2000.
Counsel are reminded that they may choose to address the judges of the Federal Court of Canada as "Justice", "Mr. Justice" or "Madam Justice".
