FROM: Robert Biljan RE: Notice of Constitutional Question Herewith is a copy of a Notice to Parties and the Profession issued by Chief Justice Richard on June 26, 2001.
When a notice of constitutional question is served pursuant to section 57 of the Federal Court Act, the proof of service and the notice of constitutional question should be filed in the Registry of the Court immediately following service.
